Supplier Inspection

The supplier we choose will have qualifications to submit. First, we will inspect the supplier's supply capability, the accuracy of delivery time and the supplier of raw materials.Then we'll go on a field trip.

Incoming inspection

Each core will be tested after entering the factory. The stability and accuracy of the core will be tested. The core and transducer will be 100% tested. The core we selected is the core of Swiss Metallux company and GE sensor core, the product performance is stable.

Six times test

All products are tested six times, including fully welding detection, cleaning detection, temperature drift time drift detection, linear hysteresis repeatability detection, sampling detection and out-of-warehouse detection. Qualified products are inspected and labeled in the labeling room, waiting for storage. Non-conforming products are checked out to check the cause, and record and repair.
